On vacation for a bit -- what was a sparse series of posts will become even more so. In the meantime, a few of my favorite posts that have come out of the past few months in Turkey:

• "A National Catastrophe in the Arena," following Turkey's 3-1 loss to Croatia.
• "Sahil Yolu, Baloons," just because I happen to think the photo turned out well.
